Step 1: Choose Your Domain
Main Domain (e.g.,
mybrand.com): The entire shortener will run on this domain.Subdomain (e.g.,
go.mybrand.com): Your main website stays separate, and the shortener works on the subdomain.
Step 2: Set Up DNS Records
Setup A Record
Name / Host:
@Type: A
Value / Points to: CutyURL’s IP Address (get it from your CutyURL panel)
TTL: Auto / Default
💡 Note: Always use the A Record for your root domain (mybrand.com).
2. For Subdomain (CNAME Record)
If you want something like go.mybrand.com:

Step 4: Add the Domain in CutyURL Dashboard
Log in to your CutyURL dashboard.
Go to Settings → Custom Domain.
Enter your Main Domain or Subdomain.
Save and wait for DNS propagation (usually 12 –24 Hours ).

Steps to Add Your Domain in Cloudflare:
Sign Up / Log in to Cloudflare – Go to cloudflare.com.
Add a Site – Enter your domain name and choose the Free Plan.
Update Nameservers – Cloudflare will provide nameservers. Update these in your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, BigRock, etc.).
Enable SSL/TLS – In the Cloudflare dashboard, set SSL mode to Flexible.
Update DNS Records –
Add an A Record pointing your domain to the server IP address provided by CutyURL.
If using a subdomain, you can also add a CNAME record pointing cutyurl.com.
